Sunac #China shares climbed as much as XX% in HK, extending Monday’s surge, after its property management arm #Sunac Services proposed a special dividend of not more than HK$0.235 per share. The stock is also included in the China-Hong Kong Stock Connect scheme starting Tuesday.
