MB IPO Index (-0.3%):

Only $CTS (+1%) was up, which kind of makes sense because it was a good day for fixed-income stocks and CTS is basically just a pass-through of low-risk government securities. $UPSON (-2%) and $FCG (-2%) didn't do as well.
