Fishing company $JSESHG Sea Harvest acquires seafood interests of Freemantle, Western Australia-based MG Kailis for A$70m = R786m

#SHG already had interests in Aussie seafoods (so) this adds scale to their existing HQ infrastructure

Kailis seems to have revenue of A$68m (R590m)
