"New Balance Rebel v5 15mi with 5k at BQ pace for my first run in the New Balance Rebel v5. I brought two gels and 2L of fluid for this summer run. I took a gel at five mile increments and drank fluid as needed. It wasnt crazy hot so I only ended up drinking a little more than a liter of fluid.
