"I do [--] ginger and turmeric shots a day with 2L of water daily. I hit around 100g of Protein a day and only sugars come from fruits and protein bars. Only liquids is fruit juice with no additives. Whole fruits only. I take ashwaganda vitamin B/C magnesium zinc biotin royal jelly and then raw honey with sea salt before gym for pre workout. Then shilajit before sleep so I make sure my test is at max level so I get rock hard in the morning. Havent got test levels checked but seems on point I hit [--] pushups easily and [--] squats easily. Max bench PR is 50KG and can pull/push around 16kg on weighted"
