"As XRP supply on exchanges dwindle down ETF demand for it increases locking XRP in enterprise grade custody wallets. There will be a period where XRP price will be highly volatile (which we are seeing here) the lower trading volumes means a much low bag required to move the price. But as sophisticated arbitrage comes online (id say by March maybe) we will see ETF trade and price set crypto exchange pricing.
