"Is the rate cut in danger So we've seen strong claims: 191K against expected 219K. BofA expects a contentious 25bps cut and they even speculated we might see a dissent favoring a larger 50bps move. I don't think it will be the case though. This was a tough year and Powell will likely choose the 25bps cut to avoid shocking markets but his rhetoric may still be severe.
