"Who Is Robert Mallary Robert Mallary was one of the most successful American artists of the 1950's known at the time mostly for his trash and assemblage and resin-based works. When the industrial resins he worked with severely poisoned him he was forced to abandon the practices that had made him famous and focus instead on digital art possibly the first professional American artist to do so. Working at first with punch cards he began a decades-long affair with what he called cybernetic art the fusion of man and machine as a single creative entity.
