"For those who dont know @JohnDeere created an official "Global DEI Advisory Board" in 2022 to "set our winning strategy." After the formation of this Board to set their strategy John Deere is now firing Americans and shifting production to Mexico. This Global DEI Board even has "regional councils" to "drive accountability." I wonder if firing Americans in the Midwest (largely White) in favor of cheap mostly non-White labor in Mexico is part of the Boards "winning strategy" Itll surely help them improve their diversity numbers Are yall seeing yet why DEI is so toxic"

"Flipping Jamie Dimon on DEI was a big win for us. Will have a lot of second order effects. Im glad he initially challenged me to "bring it on" expoing JPMorgans DEI. Once I laid it all out I think it opened his eyes to the danger of activists using companies to advance lunacy. "I decline the photo every time Im at TSA and the agent always acts personally aggrieved by me declining it. Its so bizarre that it makes them so upset to have a citizen exercise their rights. Another thing: No one in front of me has ever declined but people after me often do. Im not sure if that says that TSA doesnt properly inform flyers that the new photo thing is a choice if most people just need to see leadership before asserting their rights or (I suspect) both Id love to hear from a TSA employee why its so triggering to agents when I decline it though"
