My point is if PE firms think their investments are going to get diluted via cash burn pass thru to xAI it makes it very challenging to get that small pool of investors onboard for future raises. They want to invest in xAI or SpaceX not SpaceX to be diluted as money gets passed thru to xAI. $TSLA is public company much bigger pool to find people to raise cash from in dilution to xAI. "🚨 $TSLA Tesla engineer confirmed no safety data was collected for $TSLA auto steer with autopilot in 2017 when fake data was sent to NHTSA and published about its safety. All 53000 cases (48000 were confirmed to be) in the study appear fabricated. At the end of the first day of testimony jurors watched part of the videotaped deposition of Tesla software engineer Akshay Phatak in which he said Tesla did not maintain records before March 2018 for evaluating whether it was safer to operate Tesla vehicles with the autopilot engaged or shut off.
