"We use reverse osmosis water filters and make sure toothpaste etc is fluoride free. Luckily Florida recently removed all fluoride from it's water supply. Glyphosate in food is almost impossible to avoid unless you are willing to grow your own using filtered water hydroponics. Try and find out where your food is grown helps and always buy organic but most of the ground water is contaminated now so it's in everything.
