Lebron James is currently sidelined with nerve irritation in his glute, and the Lakers are taking a cautious approach with the 40-year-old star as he begins his record 23rd season. He is expected to be present for the team's first practice but will be limited in his on-court participation. The goal is for him to be available on opening night against the Golden State Warriors.
