What I can add re: $OMDA is that a friend of mine is on a GLP-1 and has been on it for many months starting last year. Starting this year when she went to get her RX re-filled last week she was told by the pharmacy that her insurance company (United Health $UNH) now requires her to sign up for $OMDA before they will pay cover the prescription. So she literally was forced to sign up for $OMDA in order to continue to get her RX covered by insurance."
