"Makar gets the most TOI with elites in the league + PP opportunity. Getting pts will be much easier. Bouchard is the only Dman who has similar teammates comparables. Difference tho being Bouchards elites do considerably worse w/o Bouchard while Makar's elites do better away from him. Fox Seider Hughes Werenski and Bouchard all share that their teams turn into disasters when they exit the ice. Having an amazing team shouldnt hurt Makar tho. Its not his fault he has an amazing all round team. 100%. I agree. But wouldnt Makar be that much better in this case Shouldn't he be distantly leading in"

"most teams use the 2-2 as well. Ironic really. they either use an aggressive big box or a low box like Edm. Its so easy to have the one player in the slot just patiently wait as the primary decoy and/or target.
