"Great question I launched the mobile app the drone came with and performed each action: throttle up throttle down pitch up pitch down etc. all separately and recorded the UDP packets in Wireshark while doing so. Then I took the hex dump of a few packets from each action and put them in a document where I could look at what changed and figure out the pattern. Thats where I figured out which byte in each packet controlled throttle pitch roll and yaw. And because I was maxxing out the values during these action recordings (full throttle etc.) I could guess the min value was [--] and the high value"
