August showed net job losses of [----] (later revised to a loss of 28000). The S&P fell 1.4% that day. It fell further on Monday then rallied the rest of the week on into the first [--] bp cut on 9/18/07. Then on Friday Oct 5th another negative NFP report & this time the market closed up 1%. Six days later the S&P topped a mere 1% higher. Every rate cut after was sold thereafter all nine of them with lower lows after every brief pop higher. Lowering rates into a slowing economy"
