"Smart guy who gets it. One of the challenges for any decentralised stablecoin is to ensure the peg remains stable and has enough liquidity. Having more liquidity pools only strengthens crvUSD as a stablecoin. Especially with crvUSD it's important to keep the peg as close to $X as borrow rates are influenced as well by how healthy the peg is. Some other decentralised stablecoins like USDS have a borrow rate of XXXX% and GHO sits at XXXX% while crvUSD minting markets sit at XX% with utilisation for markets being between 0.65%-25% (with sfrxETH being an outlier at 94%). Expect this to improve"

""You use user BTC as collateral to issue more crvUSD" That's how a CDP-based stablecoin works. Users provide collateral protocol issues debt against it (here it is crvUSD). "High-risk tokens" Not sure if I would classify tokenised BTC on Ethereum mainnet as high risk. Yes there is custody risk for wBTC and cbBTC and smart contract risks with tBTC. Not sure if I would classify it as a "high-risk token""
