"$ASTS Happy Groundhog Day My wife and I have watched the movie "Groundhog Day" over and over.and over again at this time about every year. In an important scene when the main character Phil Connors a sarcastic TV weatherman (played by Bill Murray) is stuck in Punxsutawney Pennsylvania due to a snowstorm he tries to call his TV station to arrange alternative travel (note the pay phone.the movie is set in 1993) but the operator tells him all the long-distance phone lines are knocked out by the storm.
