"Over the past week total $AVAX burned surpassed 4.8M which is roughly $108M USD. In the grand scheme of things this may not sound like a lot but the metric to focus on here is the rate of burn. At the beginning of the year @avax was averaging less than XXX $AVAX burned per day. Now we are averaging a burn of over 1500 per day - a 3x in just a few months. Increased adoption more ICMs and unique plans for rev generation will all contribute to the acceleration of burning more tokens. Remember once tokens are burned they are taken out of the circulating supply forever. This creates a deflationary"

"You're always asking great questions - I appreciate you. First price is always a factor in TVL. So if you lock 50M in assets but the underlying asset drops in price the value drops. Hence adding funds will not always equate to increasing TVL at that fixed amount. Second inflows dont always result in TVL. You could bring money into a bank but that doesnt mean you end up depositing it. Money might be coming into the ecosystem but not locked up in defi apps. Couple variables at play here"
