"$CIFR I dont think people understand that this next deal will be mega bullish for $CIFR. Why Right now half of black pearl phase X is built phase X is under way. The amount of cash they will raise from this 300MW deal is insane. They already have 1.3B plus access to another 1-2B as re-fi with the google backstop. Thats just from their first 168MW deal (The 1-2 re-fi is nog needed for the barber lake construction its just extra cushion😉). "As of now the market has priced in X deal in for $CIFR I believe the stock is now tracing to new highs for a potential second deal by the end of the year. $CIFR Currently has XX MW available now at Barber Lake and 150MW to 300MW at Black Pearl. "Brother I am not hating. I have done extensive research on $BITF. I was originally bullish but as I dug deeper I soon realized how far out they are. The quebec sites are out of reach. The washington site is for 18MW the 1.3GW in their pipeline is only for Pennsylvania. They only mention Panther Creek which is 350MW is size and available by 2026-2027. None of their other sites are being converted to AI/HPC. They have stated they will be kept for btc mining. Their sole focus is on PA but no other sites has been mention in their pipe just panther creek Its just not clear. $CIFR $IREN these"

"Cmon we all know Texas is way cheaper for energy costs than New York. And look at the amount of big AI companeis starting to build in Texas.
