"I stand corrected. It was unfair on my side me to assume what Khalil believes. For that I apologize. However I disagree that a nation of Palestine existed. Before the nation state people lived in tribes usually under the sovereignty of an empire. The "nation of Palestine" does not even hail from the same "tribe" but from a multitude of ethnicities and religions. The only thing in common was that they all lived under Turkish sovereignty and most of them spoke Arabic or grew up with Arab heritage which is not enough to delineate Palestine as a nation"
