It's being built for integration into products where you don't need much compute but need a well-supported Linux platform. I asked Raspberry Pi why it's not rolling out worldwide and it sounds like this may be partially the victim of the DRAM shortage as well. It uses LPDDR2 chips stacked in the RP3A0 die. The supply of those old DRAM chips is not what it once was and apparently they are balancing keeping Pi Zero X W (which is usually better in education/maker context) available worldwide"
