"Our debt as a percent of GDP is less than it was in 2015 despite the Covid spending. Look we could cherry pick numbers for both govts Harper was the worst PM for employment growth since WWII (wage growth sucked too) with Trudeau we can talk inflation or per capita GDP lowering due to immigration. I personally think well have a year of big cap spend from Carney to fulfill his election promises (remember he ran on some big spending initiatives) then hell dial it back Chrtien style but well see"

"Youll recall the schools were announced after several news stories highlighted hallway education due to lack of classroom sizes. Had the province funded population growth all along we wouldnt have the classroom population and infrastructure problems we do today. So the spending on these is exaggerated due to previous years of neglect"
