"What is restaking Let's figure it out together👇 First you stake your ETH using a liquid staking protocol like @LidoFinance. In return you get a liquid token stETH that represents your staked ETH. Then comes restaking: You take that liquid staked ETH and send it into a restaking protocol like @eigenlayer. There its used again to help secure new projects that are building on top of Ethereum and need decentralized trust. And you may receive additional rewards for doing so. Thats restaking. Simple"
