"Yes using it as native lead gen is definitely one aspect. The other piece is that it can be really good launchpad for building or buying other local businesses down the road. Creating a trusted media brand is the best non-algorithmic distribution channel you can have in local business. Were focused almost exclusively on local events right now but at some point will probably add another publish date during the week that covers something else (real estate local personalities history etc).
