"Yes it did. I had a whole section called "Chevron-Hess Merger Explained" Also you have that incorrect. They're not buying $HESM. At least there has been no report of that. None that I've seen. They're buying $HES and taking ownership of it's 37% stake in $HESM. So Chevron is the largest owner now of $HESM.
