"I get questions about the Power of X set up so here you go. Disclaimer: I didn't come up with this concept. For more info check out the Petaluma IBD group. Mike Scott gets all the credit. Power of X is a convergence of the XX XX and XX daily simple moving averages. Rules I use. X. XX day trending sideways or up. X. Moving averages within XXX% of each other. Tighter is better. Best set ups within X% or less X. Best buy point as price undercuts then retakes all the averages. I buy on the retake of the highest moving average and I use the average just after the open. X.
