"Sure let's get things straight. The $FET tokens belonged to $FET and the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance. They were set aside for migrations into the $FET token and also rewards for participants. The ratio in which Ocean joined the alliance was determined at the time of the deal. Things changed since then. The value of the tokens and market capitalization of the project has changed.
