"Chrystal Peters was just arrested by @OttawaPolice on Wellington Street. She was holding a microphone that wasn't turned on or plugged in and OPS approached her and demanded she identify herself. She refused the unlawful command and OPS arrested her. During the initial altercation they took down Carl pretty roughly. Carl is shaken but okay Chrystal was taken away in a cruiser and remains in police custody. I have no information on charges as of yet but I was told by OPS they think she will be released shortly. I will update when I have more"
