"Updated FWEP on the AMR26 They've opted to run a downwashing diveplane. As explained in the McLaren thread the idea is to reverse the direction of the tip vortex. This way it induces outwash on the lower tyre wake whilst downwashing onto the tyre to supress it. The downside is generating some lift in the region. "This is the best angle I could find of the rear of the car and most of the diffuser details are indiscernible. My analysis of it will be brief. What I can tell is that they are using a single diffuser strake/fence on each side. This strake can be split into two as they are allowed two sections in any Y-plane to essentially form a multi element design.
