"How many unconnected pins is this using .3mm pitch BGA has some "special" considerations to be included if you need those pins that are in the center of the package. But if you don't need them and some can be left unconnected makes the job a little simpler. I pulled he Altium design files from their website for the dev board but they didn't use the BGA for the dev board only the QFN. For obvious reasons the board is more affordable to make with the QFN. All are starting to use a format I haven't heard of IDX (Incremental Data Exchange) protocol. Which appears to use plugins for a similar purpose maybe teams who are customizing script plugins get access to this in profession spaces that I haven't experienced yet.
