Details to follow but Im expecting delta hedging the next day or two as theres a motivation to hold down share price for a better conversion rate. This will likely be oversubscribed to $1B with 0-1% interest and a capped call that will protect shareholders from diluting and essentially create the option to pay back via cash or shares at 2x todays share price.
