"There are XX proposals submitted on-chain for treasury withdrawals under Cardanos new governance process. Each requires individual approval. Intersect is handling administration. This follows a non-binding vote on Ekklesia and a community poll run by @JBriggsLondon where Option E was chosen: submit each proposal separately rather than group them by approval thresholds (e.g. one withdrawal for all proposals over XX% another for those over 50%)"
