"I have no idea how airdrops will look in a year. And don't even want to make predictions. In the early innings (2021) airdrops were the way to reward real users. Back then they didn't even know a protocol could reward them for just using a platform. Now airdrops have evolved into "using a platform just to get an airdrop." Only a few projects that distributed airdrops (e.g. @Uniswap) found their PMF and are now working perfectly. XX% of other projects just died and will never be reborn.
