The "Token Cemetery" is a distinctive feature of the Catapult platform designed to maintain a high-quality ecosystem by filtering out underperforming or poorly supported token launches. When a project attempts to launch a token via Catapults bonding process it must meet a minimum funding threshold within XX hours. If it falls short the community can grant it one additional attempt.
