"If XRP really had deep on-chain usage from all those partnerships the TLV would reflect it. TLV is real-time proof of activitymoney actually locked and used on-chain. The reason XRPs TLV is low is because most of their partnerships dont use the XRP Ledger directly; they use Ripples software (ODL RippleNet) without touching the chain or locking value.
