"Cardio is better for fat loss if you do enough of it. If you do [--] minutes of cardio [--] times a week and an hour of strength training [--] times a week sure the strength training will help fat loss more. Not necessarily weight loss. But if you average 60+ minutes of cardio a day at fairly intense levels and burn more than [---] calories that will do more for fat loss especially if you do some strength training to preserve muscle mass. I've been doing both. On intense cardio days I'm burning as much as [----] calories (I do some strength in between bike and treadmill sessions). Definitely helps fat"
