"$SPHD - I interpret #2 as a sell even though price went higher later. It took about a week to recapture that level before churning higher. You can also see that price was at exactly +2 ATR on the daily timeframe when that trade arrived (also on OPEX). Given price and timing it made sense to reposition there. #1 arrived today and I believe it is selling as well as price tests ATH from below. Institutions sell on the way up even as price ascends. Selling takes time and they can't sell the whole enchilada all at once at the end of a swing. As such perhaps more large trades will follow. Assuming"
