After that you enter sudo docker compose -f docker-compose.yml logs -f to follow the logs. Ctrl+c after this will stop the log streaming and not the node itself which is the right way of operating. The node will always keep running in the background until you run this command: sudo docker compose -f docker-compose.yml"
