"I dont think this is a team issue. It is more likely that a single holder with a large amount of $XPL has been selling steadily. The most practical way forward is to identify this seller. The @Plasma team likely already has a good idea of who it might be. They could consider offering an OTC buyback instead of allowing continued market sales.
