"$VIVK is getting hammered and so are many of my other holdings. I've done a couple of mistakes with this one and I'm learning from them. The float been increasing as old convertible notes and warrants are converting which creates pressure toward a potential reverse split. There's a highly bullish deal about to go through on or before december XX. Foolishly enough I've been thinking this deal would keep the company from doing a reverse split before mid march 2026.
