"Yeah I'll be blunt here I've formed a very bearish opinion of our current grant systems. Years have gone by and hundreds of millions of dollars (literally) have been spent and Cardano is nowhere near competitive as it relates to economic activity. We've failed to implement sufficient evaluation frameworks and guardrails that would identify and eliminate waste on a meaningful level in a timely manner. That isn't to say that all of it has been wasteful I know that isn't the case. But lets just say I am glad Catalyst has been paused that was necessary imo. I've looked at some of the "KPIs""
