Turbine oil comes in cans and since we have to go through security to get to a job we dont have tools. Fortunately the on-board crash axe is the PERFECT tool for the job. "Refueling the A320 is super easy. The fuel service panel is on the starboard side of the fuselage below the wing root. The valves and single-point connection are located under the leading edge of the right wing outboard of the engine. "Pressurization issues are VERY common though. Its almost always an issue with the pressurization controller outflow valve or bleed system - all items with redundancy. I can see removing it from ETOPS but letting it fly short haul. "Sure. Not ignore per se. Things break/malfunction on aircraft all the time. The pilot logs it in the book maintenance addresses the issue before the next flight. This generally involves following troubleshooting steps in a published procedure or manual. The item may be considered deferrable which means its non-critical or has enough redundancy to remain INOP for a certain period of time or with some additional flight limitations or procedures. Sometimes it cant be deferred and must be repaired prior to next flight. Keep in mind if every defect in the logbook for an inop or malfunctioning item"
