The wider the angle gets means closer/stronger. Im using the [--] month as example. Its got about [--] candles between high. You can find them on shorter time but check higher time frames. It changes (can invalidate them). For bearish use top of prices and top of RSI. Bull is opposite. Watch to see if RSI can keep up with price. Compare to last high. Lower RSI means less momentum.
