Still AAA EPIQ LED (beautiful display btw) isn't playing the corrected Flat DCP even now. These kind of discrepancies & delays don't put a good light on AAA as a cinema-centric brand especially when I have heard multiple times that they previously used to cancel shows on this screen. "I haven't visited Epiq luxon yet so take this with a huge grain of salt: I think EPIQ also just upscales the SDR DCP (with some manual tweaks ofc) provided by the production house instead going through a dedicated post prod process of color grading extra luminance data from source files etc etc An internationally graded HDR file which went through this process with their home studio will look way better on EPIQ luxon then the epiq remastered file. Anyways I'm waiting for that 20meter LED screen by EPIQ. Hope that happens this year"
