Few weeks later FTC just approved in silence. These mad-man-with-a-killswitch theories always get psychologically overblown. Politicians need to be herd people. Swimming against the tide after FIRB decided otherwise is just not how these people operate imho especially when there is so little individual gain (public profile sharpening) for the amount of headache involved"

"A better question/investigation would be on "who granted the new 600msek credit line" (which covers their total AR EKN insured or not) and what the terms are. Also from Nordea I have doubts because company would have floated that in a PR for sure. Nevertheless its still a positive sign (if lender is 3rd party)"

Worst case: something obscure that Claes called liquidity but it really isn't under IFRS plus he just cash-converted the EKN insured part of the AR. Claes being Claes it's impossible to tell if sth is intentionally misleading here or just horrible comms as always"
