"Good advice. But if you work in a small/new company with GOOD PROSPECTS it may be advisable you stay. As the company grows you also grow. This is also an easy way to the top. Im sure the small guys that joined say MoniePoint at inception or its early days are happy they stayed now. I know people that joined the old IBTC in their 20s in the 1990s when it was still a small investment banking firm with small office in Marina. Over years and with various business combinations the small IBTC became big StanbicIBTC by mid 2000s. Guys in their 30s became GM by early 2010s. They grew with the company"
