There are strong years and weak years but the long-term average still lands around XXX% expecting that level of return year after year is unrealistic. Price-wise $SCHD has been disappointing and with as many shares as you own you absolutely have the right to be frustrated. "$SCHD Share Update 12/09/25 Pre Q4 2026 ex-dividend update. Yesterday I added XXXX shares of $SCHD in an attempt to bring my total to a nice clean 8230 shares. But thanks to buying in dollar amounts instead of full shares in one account I just discovered Im actually sitting at 8230.2115 shares not exactly even after all. Oh well 😜 The journey continues 🐢 Note: yield on cost has not updated to reflect the increased payout.
