"Breaking it all down very simply. by awarding points to [--] places what we're in effect seeing is 70% of points being awarded. That's a 30% reduction for LIVs deficiencies. If LIV can make further improvements maybe they can get to up to [--] places being awarded points. which would be OWGR effectively awarding 80% points. But I'm not sure there's a path to 100% points. I'm seeing it as a Catch-22 because additional changes that improve meritocracy beyond getting to say 80% points likely starts to so severely impede the team concept it's not worth it. so why would LIV want to do that I dunno"
