The main reason is that I want to show the lowest possible mNAV based on the basic shares outstanding. This mNAV is the relevant metric for capital market decisions. "BTC denominated converts have a lot of potential. They worked wonders for $ALTBG. I would love to see @asjwebley and @Croesus_BTC (and other treasuries) to explore them. If done at a 30-40% premium to the current market price those would be highly accretive. They would also open up new pools of capital at zero credit risk for the company. OG Bitcoiners could deposit BTC and thus turn some of their stack into $SWC shares over time which could have tax benefits or get their BTC back if the conversion trigger isnt met.
